Regardless of whether it’s a concert, conference, presentation or ball, when it comes to technical equipment, everything must run perfectly. That’s why we rely on modern, high-end products from renowned manufacturers. Our portfolio includes sound systems, microphones, podiums, mood lighting, stage lighting, and projection equipment. Our modern CAT cabling enables you to send data and signals from one room to another without the need to lay additional cables.
Internet / Wi-Fi
To make sure that you have everything you need at your disposal, we offer a range of Internet access options. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building but we can also provide user access credentials for your specific event. LAN ports are also available in the rooms and courtyard.
No matter which power connections you need, we have them. An ample number of standard 230V and heavy current connections are available in the event venue and courtyard.
No more annoying display stands! Consisting of five monitors (two in the entrance area and three in the building), our modern direction system is available to you at no additional cost. Customised recordings enable your guests to reach your event without any detours. The arrangement is left entirely up to you. Regardless of whether it’s a schedule for the day, a welcome slide or a slideshow, we can play practically every format.

Palais Niederösterreich has two fully equipped catering kitchens on the first floor and a semi-equipped prep kitchen on the ground floor.
The kitchen is equipped with fridges and freezers, worktops, steamers, dish and glass washer and a crushed ice maker. The prep kitchen features a professional hood dishwasher, as well as cold storage and deep-freeze equipment.
The buffet that’s a little different. We and our partner Krempl have teamed up to create a running buffet. Unlike conventional buffets, the food is prepared on plates and carried to your guests on a conveyor belt.
It can be set up and used almost anywhere. The rear panel can be customised – with your company’s logo, for example. It is definitely an eye-catcher and will be a topic of conversation long after your event.
