The wood ceiling of the Herrensaal is breathtaking, decorated with detailed marquetry and a prominent coat of arms. This is where members of the Estate of Lords used to meet to consult and make important decisions in a private setting. The Herrensaal is often used for exclusive meetings and workshops even today.

A stately double door connects the Herrensaal directly with the Landtagssaal, making it ideal for receptions with up to 120 people or as a buffet room. The adjacent foyer can also be used as a registration area.
